We stand behind our products! If you encounter a defect in the manufacturing of any of our hosted products you lease from Neu Solutions we will provide a fix at no cost to you as soon as possible. This includes security updates, coding errors and defects in functional design which result in the incorrect operation of our products. This guarantee does not extend to new feature requests or any other requests deemed to not qualify as a defect. 

Special offers

Special offers, which include more than one item and which are available for sale on particular occasions, may not be included in this guarantee 

Custom development, design or marketing projects are not included in this guarantee. To purchase a warranty or maintenance package for your custom projects please contact our sales department.

Procedure

A request for a fix must be submitted to the Support Help Desk . Requests directed to other contact addresses or phone calls may not be acknowledged.
